CREATING SUB ACCOUNTS FOR FREE!

 

Sub account creation is a great feature to your Wholesale Plus reseller account.  You can create unlimited sub accounts for you, your family and friends and for customers.  You can set the price at your same wholesale price or set it at a higher price and make a commission.  You can choose whether to create a retail account or a reseller account. 

You can easily move or "push" domains from one account to another for free - this is great to help you organize your domains by personal and business - also good when you sell a domain and need a quick easy legal transfer, because a "push" of a domain updates the contact whois information of the domain automatically.

 

Sign-up Other Resellers Under Your Account
And Make Commissions On Every Domain They Sell.

Expand your profits by including a sign-up form on your site for customers to have their own reseller or retail account with all the features you have - just at a higher price that you choose.  When you create a reseller subaccount for a customer, you can link your customer to ResellerProfits.com so they can easily learn how about Private Label reselling options and how to maximize their reseller account for profit.

ResellerProfits.com is one of three different generic support sites you can link to and support your customers!  We have done the work for you.  This saves you valuable time in set-up and support, so you can focus on marketing and profitability.

There are no references to any specific companies and no mention of pricing.  We have kept the web content generic so you can direct your customers and they can direct their customers for premium support.

 

Create A Sub Account

 

Login to your reseller account.

 

Click on "resellers" on the left menu bar.

 

Click on "sub account" - Next, click on "Create" in the middle of the screen.

 

Fill in the contact whois information - you can choose a unique login ID and password (if the login in already being used you will be prompted when you try and save) . Choose a question for a password prompt - we usually use "City of Birth" - Click to save changes.

 

Go back and click on "resellers" on the left menu bar.  Next, click on "List/Manage" in the middle of the screen.  Here your sub accounts will be listed.  Click on the login ID you assigned to update pricing and the type of account.  (When you create an account it initially defaults to a retail account with pricing for .com, .net, .org, .info, and .biz domains at $29.95.  You can change individual pricing for new purchases, renewals and transfers.  You can match your lowest wholesale pricing for each domain or set it higher and your account will automatically track the commission difference.  ( You can also change the prices of other foreign domain extensions.  To get an update on your wholesale pricing for these domains click on "home" on the left navigational bar.  Next, click on "pricing info". )

 

Back to sub account creation - At this current screen, you can leave the account as a retail account or you can change it to a reseller account. (Once you change a specific ID account to a reseller account, it cannot be changed back to a retail account).

 

RETAIL vs RESELLER Accounts

Retail Account
Pay as you go one or more domains at a time with online credit card - No domain reselling options or ability to add funds to your account. With a retail account there will be a credit card processing fee which is the same as Registry Rocket private label option. 
 

Reseller Account
Free Private Label Reselling options (including sub account creation)   Payment is made by drawing funds from your account.  You can add funds to you account by check or money order (any amount) or by credit card (minimum $100.00 at a time with 3% fee)

TRACKING COMMISSIONS

To track commissions click on "resellers" then click on "sub account" - Next click on "Access" your commission account.  You can receive a check monthly or add funds from your commission account to your account to help pay for your domains.

MOVING OR PUSHING DOMAINS

You can easily move or push a domain from one account to another (it doesn't matter if the account is retail or reseller) .  You must log in to the account that the domain is currently in.  Click on "domain name" on the left menu bar.  Next, click on "push a name" or "push a list"  (Yes, you can do a group of domains at a time!) - Next enter the domain name and the account ID you want to move or push the domain to.  ** Once you push a domain the contact whois data will automatically be updated to the contact info of the new account and you will lose management of that domain from the current account.

ENTERING A SUBACCOUNT FOR LIMITED ACCESS

Many resellers create sub accounts for others and need to offer help as friends or customers learn the features of their new wholesale plus account.  You have limited access to enter their sub account to help manage the domain control panel and help troubleshoot.  You do not have access to update or change any contact information or any financial information or financial transactions. 

Click on "resellers", Next click on "sub account" - and then click on "List/Manage" in the middle of the screen.  Find the sub account and click on "Enter" to the left of the login ID.  You will enter the account with limited access.  (You must logout of this account and login to your account again.
