You can verify your present retail price for top-level domains by first clicking on "home" on the left navigational bar in your account. Next, click on "pricing

info". Your wholesale retail price should be $9.85 for .com, .net, org, .info, .biz and .us domains.

MOVING EXPRESS ACCOUNT / REGISTRY ROCKET NAMES TO YOUR NEW ACCOUNT If you have previously registered domains at our site through the Express Account / Registry Rocket interface, you can have all these domains moved to your new Wholesale Plus Retail account at no fee. To request this, please send an email to support@registrydomains.com and include your Premium account ID and list all the domains previously registered with the password for each domain to verify ownership. Please send your request from the contact whois email address associated with the domains.

Once we receive your request we will push your domains into your reseller account. This will enable you to have all your domains in one management account. Also, domain renewals in the future will be at the lower wholesale / reseller price of this account.

GETTING STARTED WITH DOMAIN PURCHASES

NEW DOMAIN PURCHASES

Your account is an Enom reseller account set at the price of $9.85 . To purchase a new domain, click "domain names" on the left navigational bar. To register one domain at a time, click "register name" - you can check name availability by using either the "Name Checker" search or the "Name Spinner" search to get additional ideas using key words. Follow the instructions and select a domain or domains that you would like to add to your shopping cart. These are not purchased yet - you must go to the cart (click on "cart" right upper hand corner) and click "checkout" and then purchase. You will receive an email confirmation regarding the domain names you registered.

BULK DOMAIN REGISTRATION
Another option is to register several domain at once in bulk. After clicking on "domain names" on the left navigational bar - click "register list". Follow the instructions and type or copy and paste a list of multiple domain names. You can add multiple names to your shopping cart and decide which names you would like to register later (see above re: shopping cart.)

Your domain must use our nameservers to take advantage of the free web site url redirection and email forwarding. If your present nameserver does not offer these services you can easily change back to our nameservers. Click on "domains" on the left bar. Type in your domain name and click "go" to enter the domain control panel. To change nameservers click "change" under the DNS Server section. Choose enom's nameservers if not already selected.

Next under the "DNS Settings (zone file)" section click "Configure". The next screen will include an area where you can update web site redirection.

Please note that when you change nameservers it can take 12-36 hours for the change to become live or propagated across the Internet. The changes that you make described above in the "Hosts" section can be pre-configured, so they will take place as soon as the nameserver information has been updated in the whois database.

Future changes or updates to website redirection and/or email forwarding with no changes in the nameservers may take only 1-4 hours to update (sometimes these changes are updates within 5-10 minutes) - because the information remains on the enom nameservers.

You can also update the nameservers to a hosting company. Please remember to input the nameserver names only, not IP addresses when changing to outside nameservers.

Please note that when a domain registrar transfer takes place there is no change in the nameservers. If you successfully transfer a domain into your new account you will need to change to our nameservers to be able to use the free features.

Your account includes a free online web site builder for up to 10 pages for free. Click on "domain names" on the left navigational bar. Then click on the number of domains you have in your account or type in your specific domain name. You should end up at the domain control panel. Scroll down until you see "web site builder" Click to activate and follow the instructions. One helpful tool is the demo that explains the basic features of web site builder. Please note that the free Web Site Builder is limited in that you cannot upload HTML files or use ftp protocol.
