Who can sign up for PDQ?
Any Wholesale Plus Reseller customer can sign up for PDQ. First,
you can sign-up for a free reseller account at
http://RegistrySignup.com.
Once you have your free reseller account, login to manage your
account. Click on "resellers" on the left menu bar and then "PDQ"
and follow the sign-up instructions.
What is the difference between PDQ and Registry Rocket?
PDQ is a complete e-commerce web site which you can customize for
your organization. RegistryRocket
is a basic registration program with limited domain services.
It is a standardized website with minimal options and their is not
annual subscription cost..
How much does PDQ cost?
There is an annual subscription fee of $99.00 for PDQ. Any
transactions involving credit card processing will also receive
the regular credit card
processing fee of $0.95 plus 3% of the total transaction
amount. All transaction fees will be deducted from your commission
account.
How soon can I be up and running with PDQ?
We provide you with a wizard that walks you through the steps
necessary to set up your PDQ site. Your site can be set up and
published within 15 minutes!

How do customers
get to my site?
When signing up for PDQ you will give us the domain name that you
would like to use for your new site (this domain has to be
registered in your account). We will automatically set the domain
to resolve to your new site once you publish it.
Can I use my own merchant processing account?
Currently you cannot use your own merchant processing account with
PDQ
How do I control the prices I charge for various services?
When setting up your PDQ site you will be prompted to enter the
prices you would like to charge for each service and for each
domain extension (com, net, biz, etc...). You may also update
these prices at anytime by visiting the PDQ section of your
account.
How are commissions calculated?
Commissions for transactions that take place on your web site are
calculated as follows: (Amount billed to your customer) - (Your
cost) - (Transaction fees) = (Your Commission).
How do I receive money earned from sales on my site?
All commissions earned from your transactions will be placed in
your commission account. Your commission account can be accessed
by logging into your eNom account and clicking on "resellers",
"sub-accounts", and then "access commission account". Your
commission balance can be transferred into your eNom account
balance or you can request a commission check.
How do I track PDQ sales?
You can log into your eNom reseller account and view your
transaction history. This will show a summary of all PDQ
transactions including the amount, date, transaction detail,
commission earned, and transaction fees charged.
How can I view accounts created on my site?
Any new account created on your PDQ site is a retail sub account
of your eNom reseller account. You can view these accounts by
clicking on "resellers" and then on "sub accounts" once you have
logged into your eNom account.
How can I view the domains purchased on my site?
All domains registered on your PDQ will be placed in the retail
sub account belonging to the account holder. To view these domains
you can either go to the sub account management section and find
the appropriate account, or you can click on the sub account tab
of your domain manager.
What e-mail confirmations will my customers receive?
Your customers will receive an e-mail confirmation after each
purchase has been processed by our order processing system. Your
customers will also receive automated renewal notices when their
domain is about to expire. All e-mail correspondence will come
from your organizations name and e-mail address specified when
setting up your PDQ site.
What happens if there is a fraud purchase?
eNom has built a sophisticated fraud detection system which is
provided to you on your PDQ site at no cost. Each reseller is also
encouraged to monitor their purchases for possible fraud. Any
fraud purchases that are detected by us within 24 hours of
purchase will be completely reversed and no transaction fees will
be incurred by you.
If a fraud purchase is detected after this time period, but is
within 5 days of purchase, eNom will delete the domain and reverse
your registration fee. All PDQ transaction and credit card
processing fees are non refundable.
Any fraud purchases and charge backs that occur after 5 days of
purchase will be handled by reversing any commissions earned, and
charging the domain to you at cost. No transaction fees will be
reversed. |
